Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how BuildAHierarchy, operated by MyTherapy LLC d/b/a Bia, uses cookies and similar technologies such as browser local storage. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies and local storage are

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. “Local storage” is a similar technology that lets a site remember small pieces of information in your browser between visits. In this Policy we use “cookies” to refer to both. Cookies may be set by the site you are visiting (first-party) or by a third party whose content is embedded on the page (third-party).

How BuildAHierarchy uses them

BuildAHierarchy sets no cookies at all — not essential ones, not analytics, not advertising. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. The site uses one piece of first-party local storage, described below, and nothing else.

First-party (set by BuildAHierarchy)

Third-party

None are set on this site. The builder asks Bia for suggestions while you are on this page, but those requests deliberately carry no cookies at all, so they cannot identify you or be tied to a Bia account. If you follow a link to Bia, that is a separate application which does set cookies, and Bia’s own cookie and privacy policies apply from the moment you arrive there.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies and clear local storage through your browser settings, and set your browser to block them. Some features may not work correctly if you do. For general guidance on managing cookies, see allaboutcookies.org.
