For therapists, counsellors and schools

This is a free hierarchy builder you can use in session, hand to a family, or send as a link. There is no account, no client record, and nothing to sign.

What it is useful for

  • Between sessions. Build the ladder together, print it, and the family leaves with a page rather than a memory of a conversation.
  • A starting draft. Bia's suggestions give you fifteen graded, catalog-backed steps for the fear in about two seconds, which is faster than starting from a blank sheet and easier to argue with than one.
  • Schools. The printed plan is a one-page ladder with ratings, a pace and practice boxes. It is designed to be the thing home and school both hold, which is usually the missing piece in school refusal.
  • Handing over. Share plan puts the entire plan inside the link, so a colleague or parent opens exactly what you built.

What it does with the data

The plan lives in the browser. The name and age on a printed plan never leave the device. The fear, the goal, the context ticked and the steps with their ratings are sent to Bia to produce the suggestions and the pattern read-out; those requests carry no account, no identifier and no name, and Bia's hierarchy endpoints are stateless. If you would rather send nothing, the builder still works: add and rate the steps yourself, and print.

The full detail is on the privacy page. It is written to be readable by a parent, because in practice a parent is who asks.

What it deliberately does not do

No diagnosis, no severity score, no interpretation of a rating beyond naming the themes the steps have in common. The pattern panel says what the ratings have in common and stops. Anything past that is your call, not the tool's.

If you work this way often

Bia has a provider portal: assign a hierarchy, watch the ratings come back after each practice, and see where someone stalled rather than hearing about it a fortnight later.
