Clinical use

Clinicians, school counsellors and other professionals are welcome to build plans here and give them to the people they work with, printed or shared. You remain responsible for the clinical judgement about what is appropriate for a given person.

The suggestions

The suggested steps, the pattern read-out and the breakdowns come from Bia's exposure engine. They are suggestions drawn from a curated library, and they are not tailored to an individual's history or risk. Read every step before giving it to someone. Nothing suggested here should involve real danger.

Content

The site, its copy and the underlying engine belong to Bia. You may use the plans you build here freely, including with clients. You may not copy the site or scrape the engine to build a competing product.
